Allison went to the Cayce-Reilly School of Massotherapy (now called Cayce-Reilly School of Massage Therapy or CRSM) which offered a unique opportunity to learn massage.

CRSM teaches the osteopathic, full-body (including abdomen and stretches) Cayce-Reilly Massage. CRSM is housed in the A.R.E. Headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and focuses heavily on anatomy, palpation and physical techniques (like neuro-muscular, myofascial, or PNF), but also integrating energetic techniques (Jin Shin Do, cranio-sacral therapy) as well as self care (dreams, nutrition and meditation).

The Cayce-Reilly Massage (CRM) itself is based on the readings of Edgar Cayce and Dr. Harold Reilly's background in physiotherapy.

The CRSM's website states that the CRM is "an overall wellness massage treatment that focuses on relaxing and coordinating the nervous system (as described in the Cayce readings), rotation of joints and limbs and stimulation of the organs and the glands, performed in a specific "routine" with specific oils".

Because of this, Allison is adept at tailoring your massage to your needs at any given point in time. If you need a deeper, more therapeutic massage one day, but would like a more energetic flow the next time, she will do that for you. She is adept at helping with pain management and recovery, but can also do relaxation massages as well. Her massages are always intention-set and heart-centered.
