Bodywork services are provided by Allison in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and include, but are not limited to include: integrated massage, reiki (including remote), foot reflexology, Yomassage and Yoga.
Enhancements include aromatherapy, yoga pose suggestions and other holistic therapies Allison has picked up along the way. 😜 Explore the website to learn more about our services.
Reiki training is taught yearly, and "sharing sessions" occur on occasion that may include anything from essential oils, to music therapy, tapping, and/or color/light therapy. If you have at least 2 people interested in any of these topics and nothing is currently scheduled, please contact Allison to set something up!
